Creates a skill, generating SKILL.md from JSON-compatible YAML frontmatter and a Markdown body.

```

### Parameters

`path` [string](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)

The skill path, ending in the frontmatter name, for example acme/refunds.

`frontmatter` JsonObject

All frontmatter fields, including name and description.

`body` [string](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)

The Markdown instructions, without frontmatter.

`files` [IReadOnlyDictionary](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.collections.generic.ireadonlydictionary\-2)<[string](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string), [byte](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.byte)\[\]\>?

Optional supporting files, keyed by relative path. Their bytes are copied at registration.
